SISTER Wives’ Mykelti Brown has flaunted her fit figure during a workout after her dramatic weight loss.
The 27-year-old lost about 75 pounds following the birth of her twin sons in November 2022.
Christine, 51, and Kody Brown‘s daughter has since been focusing on her health and fitness, putting more work in the gym.
Over the weekend, Mykelti posted a video on Instagram documenting her latest sweat session and how she’s “creating healthy habits.”
She recorded herself mixing her wellness supplements by Plexus, which she is an ambassador for, into a water bottle.
The clip then captured the reality star doing a series of workouts in her home gym using various fitness equipment.
Mykelti showcased her slimmer physique in tight maroon biker shorts, a matching long-sleeve Under Armour shirt, sneakers, and her long blond locks in a low ponytail.
She boasted about her fitness goals in her caption.
“I’ve been trying to create healthy, long-term goals that are sustainable for me. Thus far, I’m posting this from day 3 but I’m now on Gym day 6.”
Mykelti then admitted that she wasn’t confident in the gym yet but hoped to “tighten up my loose skin from weight loss and pregnancies.”
In addition to her one-year-old sons, Archer and Ace, Mykelti shares a two-year-old daughter, Avalon, with her husband, Tony Padron, 28.
“She dropped a lot of weight quickly from breastfeeding and then she worked hard to lose more weight,” a source recently told The U.S. Sun.
MAJOR TRANSFORMATION
The TV star previously gushed about her thinner appearance in an Instagram post, “I feel like a new person! I have a thirst for life that I’ve never experienced.
“This life is amazing!!! The transformation the last few years have brought me is just amazing! I’ve been eating better than ever before and my overall health has improved.”
Some followers suspected that Mykelti turned to Ozempic – the controversial weight loss drug many celebrities have used to slim down – to achieve her smaller shape.
But the mom of three insisted that she has not been using the drug.
“I am not. I am taking a supplement drink and running around with three kids,” she replied to a fan online.
FAIRYTALE WEDDING
Mykelti’s physical transformation came as her mother tied the knot in a fairytale wedding to David Woolley, 59.
The ceremony took place at Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, Utah, late last year and was filmed by TLC cameras.
It aired on Sunday, capturing sweet moments between the couple, and Christine and her children.
Christine split from Mykelti’s father, Kody, 54, in November 2021 after 25 years of spiritual marriage.
Polygamist Kody also had three other wives: Meri, 52, and Janelle, 54, whom he is no longer married to, and Robyn, 45, his only remaining spouse.
